This notice explains how information submitted through Titan Excavating’s website is handled when you request a bid or apply for work.
Information you provide
Bid requests collect your name, company if provided, email, phone number, project location, service needs, timeline, contact preference, and project details. Job applications collect contact details, position interest, work and equipment experience, license status, transportation availability, start date, work availability, and your answers about working with Titan.
Website forms do not accept attachments. If you separately email plans, photos, or a résumé, Titan receives the information you choose to include. Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank details, or other sensitive identification information through these forms.
How the information is used
Titan uses project information to review your request, prepare or discuss a bid, and coordinate follow-up. Application information is used to review your interest in employment and contact you about opportunities. Submitting a form is not a marketing mailing-list signup.
Form processing and service providers
Both forms use Formspree to process submissions and deliver notifications to Titan’s email inbox. Formspree may store submissions and process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate its service and help prevent spam. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices.
Website hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate their services. Information submitted to Titan is not displayed in the public project gallery.
Records and privacy requests
Submitted information may remain in Titan’s email records and the form service’s submission history. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask Titan to stop contacting you about a request, email the address below. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing projects, employment administration, or legal obligations.
Website technologies
This website’s code does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Hosting services and Formspree may process technical data or use their own security and service technologies. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
